If your item you received is not right for any reason, you are able to return it for a full refund or exchange, up to 28 days after purchase on all full priced & sale goods.
We are unable to offer returns on earrings or underwear due to hygiene reasons.
How to Return
We are conscious of reducing our paper footprint so do not include unnecessary bits of paper within our orders. If you wish to return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a printable returns form.
Goods are returned at your expense, unless goods are deemed as faulty.
Exchanges on goods either full price or in the sale can be exchanged for either the same item in a different colour or size and will not be charged further for re post. However, items exchanged for a new item will incur the standard postage fee.
